Marketing Associate – Creative

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and produce graphic art that aligns with brand guidelines under the direction of our Main Graphic Team
  • Deliverables include: packaging materials, merchandise design, promotional items, sales, events, and digital assets
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs are consistent with our brand vision
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of production including preparing final designs for presentation, checking and approving color, copy, text format, and images for print production.
  • Stay informed of latest trends in social media (particularly in the food/bev industry), and presents creative input to Marketing Manager (Photography and Video knowledge preferred)
  • Have the ability to multi-task to complete deliverables in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Follow the direction of our Marketing Manager and Mikkeller team
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred
  • Link to portfolio or work samples (please include these to be considered as a complete application)
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate Range of $17-$20 per hour based on experience

Director of Retail

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • This position will be a senior member of the leadership team and report directly to the General Manager. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Directing retail strategy and planning
  • Preparing operational plans for each revenue division
  • Preparing retail reports and make recommendations to management on strategic direction for retail
  •  Scout new locations for retail when needed
  •  Develop pro forma P&Ls and case analysis for different retail scenarios
  •  Oversee, create, and revise all internal SOPs to ensure operational excellence at all locations
  •  Coordinate marketing efforts with each retail locations and the marketing team in San Diego
  •  Train all location level managers and supervisors
  • Maximize the profitability in each retail zone by adhering to prescribed KPIs
  • Create, plan, and implement new revenue generating activities and programs within each retail unit
  • Oversee the growth and management of all Mikkeller clubs in the US
  • Train and develop all retail personnel
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ retail management experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in multi-unit management experience
  • 2+ in managing clubs or customer loyalty programs preferred
  • 2+ years working in a multichannel revenue structure
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communications and data analytic skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team dynamic

Education and/or Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-year experience in customer service and hospitality
  • Cicerone Certified Beer Server
  • Current LEADs Certification
